We have reserved two cabins at the Piping Rock Resort, cabins 1 and 8. You can see pictures on the website. The cabins will sleep 10 comfortably, which is about the amount of people we are expecting. I will also be calling this week about boat rental, we will need two boats. I’m looking into a pontoon boat and a fishing boat, but that may change depending on availability.
The cabin rentals were about $350 each for the weekend, so a total of $700 for the two, which is pretty good considering they are right on the water. The boat rental will probably be about the same, maybe a little more. The cost for each person will be the total cost divided by the amount of people, so I can’t tell exactly how much until we know for sure who’s going, but it should be pretty cheap.
